with 73 you are not qualified for jee mains thus you will get no govt college but you can try for private college like galgotios Amity lovely etc

Yes you will be able to get admission into this college (Maybe not in the CSE stream). Your rank should be around 20,000. You can get into the college, but if you want to pursue CSE, I suggest you try for the Integrated M.Tech. CSE branch here at NIT Hamirpur. Or, alternatively you can try for CSE at IIIT Una college, whose classes are being held at NIT Hamirpur only.

surely you will. if you are looking for private universities and colleges like LPU and others then you must contact them immediately. and if you looking for govt. colleges then you will surely get it. your chancea in NIT's are less but you must fill them in counseling may be you get one. search JEE main rank predictors on google. and try each one of the predictor you see like shiksha, careers 360, resonance, topprs, etc. from all the results you get, take out an estimate of it. this will be your predicted rank which will be much closer to your actual rank.

its good. texile is nice. also civil and construction management is good just so if u are intrested.
