If u r gernal or obc so its quite tough to get adm. In government universities but if u r asc student u wil get a seat in it. But try for that some times luck also matters.

your 12th marks is not so good compare to IIT standard but dont worry u can get some government collages of your own state and other states through your jee main rank

Relax!!!!u can get NIT's
the best NIT is MNIT allahabaad; NIT trichy; NIT delhi u can also get a highly recomended private uni Thapar uni patiala
but take NIT's coz NIT's fee is very low

Score cutoffs vary every year . It doesn't depend on particular limit . Depends on your +2 score and mains of IIT jee matters for the selection . So please try to aim for gud marks for standing better chance

You also have a option if your finantial condition is not very good :-
You can do polytechnic in CS from good govt. college plus bca from distance learning symultaneously.
After then you can do Job along with part time b.tech or MCA distance learning.

ur jee main score is good Bt 12th %age is too low. So u can check under 20 top NITs. U can also check IIITs. I.e. NIT Durgapur, IIIT Bhubaneswar etc
