The required score and rank in JEE Main to get admission in a good NIT for B.Tech varies every year and depends on various factors such as the number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, and availability of seats. However, based on previous year's cutoffs, a general category candidate needs to score at least 90-95 percentile in JEE Main and a minimum of 99-100 marks (out of 300) to have a chance of getting admission in a good NIT for B.Tech.
