Hello Raunak, Just do not worry. Your percentile score of the January examination will be held valid. National testing ahency have mention that any student can appear for either one or both the exams and in case the student appears for both exams the score which is better of the two will be taken into account while determining rank. So even if you have applied for the September session and did not appear then even assuming that you may get zero percentile your best of the to percentile will still be 98.80 and this will be utilised to determine your ranking. Best wishes to you.

Hello Om, Admissions in different NIT as well as the eligibility to appear for JEE Advanced will be dependent on the merit list declared by NTA. National testing agency will declare the ranking based on the best of two principle, meaning those students who have appeared for the two sets of JEE Mains exam, the best of the two scores will be taken into account for determining the ranking. So you should wait for the final ranking that will be published by NTA. Before thinking of admission in any particular institute. Merely percentile is of no help as the ranking which decides admission. Best wishes to you.
