Hello Sharad, I must say that your percentile in JEE mains is reasonably good. But I am afraid the admissions in college of engineering Pune are normally based on the ranking of mht CET and not JEE Mains. Of course there are some seats reserved for what is called as all India quota which are filled up based on the parameters of the students in JEE Mains but the seats are very less in number. I can only say that do not lose hope till the time admission process is not over since this process is known to throw many surprises.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Satya, if I may say so you are ranking in JEE Mains at about Two lacs Plus is a bit on the lower side. It would be quite tough to get admission based on merit with this rank. However in many states there are plenty of engineering colleges and as a consequence they are not able to get students up to the capacity. In such scenario if you apply then you will get admission almost definitely. On the other hand these colleges perhaps are not getting students because they do not offer many facilities and also the past performance in placements is also not very noteworthy. If you are really interested in only engineering then perhaps you

Hello, you have stated that you are in the 12 standard and that you are interested in studying physics at the level of graduation and then are seeking query as to whether it will be beneficial if you appear for JEE Mains. Right? My advice is not to going for JEE Mains as you will be once again preparing only the subjects that you have already appeared for 12th. Nothing much will be gained in your pursuit to get admission for or B.Sc. In physics. It would be better that you should spend some time reading different books on physics rather than spending time in preparing for JEE Mains. Best wishes to you.

Hello Shubham, presently National testing agency has opened registration for JEE Mains examination that is going to be conducted in the month of February. This registration too has now stopped. No other registration has been opened by NTA. If you want to appear for examination that will be third in series of four, you need to be patient. After results of second examination in March are announced then only NTA will be opening registration for April examination. Best wishes to you.

Hello Anshu Mehata, if you have no catagory Certificate then you will be deemed to be from open catagory. Only those seeking admission or concessions from standard norms need to state their catagory and also upload relevant documents. Best wishes to you.

Hello Trilok, it's nice to SEE that you are interested in the JEE Mains examination that is going to be conducted in the month of march. However at the moment the national testing agency has kept its page open for registration of students who want to appear for the examination that is going to be conducted in the month of February only. On 16th of January this registration will close. But going by the past experience of the national testing agency and I expect them to keep registration open for the march examination only after completion of examination in the month of February. Till then, I am afraid you will have to have patience and
