At this score, the admission in NITs and GFTIs are difficult. However, your home state quota is important. So, please participate in JEE Main counselling. Further you have another chance of improvement of your JEE Main score in April 2020. Private engineering entrance exams like VITEEE MAHE, LPU NEST and SRMJEEE are the another options if interested.

No, you can't take admission without the JEE score. Students get selected based on their JEE cutoff only.

You can do following things:
1. Try give as many mock tests as possible
2. Keep a formula sheet (common ones) and refer it daily
3. Take proper sleep and keep yourself fresh
4. On weekend practice mocks with exam like scenario.
