If you are of a general category student. Then it is very difficult for you to get PEC, Chandigarh . You may still try as your 12th percentage is good .

If you are not reserve and you are open for other states then you can try colleges in Rajasthan as well. If we talk about the best college you can inquire at SKIT,Jaipur. It is the best engineering college in Rajasthan with all the best facilities, best infrastructure and nominal fees. You can log into www.skit.ac.in

You can get better IIIT with this rank in JEE Mains in CSE / ECE branch. By the way, IIIT Surat is good only.

You may get lower branches at this rank in YMCA Faridabad but not sure. Better to try for it.

Your rank is too poor. If we go with the previous year cutoff then there is very less chances to get this. Please apply for other branches also.
