Sorry dear,
At this rank, you may not eligible for getting any good government colleges through JEE Mains. I suggest you to try for private universities such as VIT Vellore, SRM Chennai, Thapar University, Indraprastha University, Aligarh Muslim University etc. You may also apply for Jamia Islamia which is based on JEE Mains score and you may also go for Thapar University which is also based on JEE Mains score. Here I attached Shiksha's college predictor link; please follow it:-
