Getting either of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or even Electrical and Comm Engineering seems difficult. Although you have a slight chance of getting MPAE or Biotechnology. In my opinion you can get better branches at IIIT-D, so you can keep that as an option too.

Rahul. Admission for B.Sc is based on your percentage your score in your XII board exams, its not based on your JEE points. JEE point are only for Engineering level.
All the Best.
You can apply for B.Sc in any Government or Private institution, just select the course you are interested in and also look at the college facilities, skill development, fee structure and placements.
