With a CRL rank of 2,60,251 IN JEE Mains getting admission in CSE or AI branch is difficult, but you can consider some lower colleges, state government colleges or some private institutions. EWS category may also help you.
If you find it difficult to get admission due to your JEE Main score, you can look for colleges offering direct admission for the same.

Yes, you can get admission to any government college in Maharashtra with a 90.05 percentile in CET and 82 percentile in JEE. You have a quite good CET percentile, but in Maharashtra, only some colleges consider JEE percentile. You can do your own research on the same by visiting the Shiksha website and comparing different colleges offering similar courses.

The NCHMCT JEE does not have a fixed passing mark. Instead, admissions to IHMs (Institute of Hotel Managements) are based on All India Rank (AIR) secured in the exam. However, based on previous trends, here's an idea of the safe score range for good chances of admission.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
There is no official cutoff to pass, but if your rank is below 25,000, getting into a good IHM might be difficult.
