You have scored 64% in 10+2 and above 95 percentile in JEE Main B.Arch 2025, and not fulfilling eligibility 75% board for NITs/IITs through JoSAA, however, if board cutoff applies in your favor, you can qualify under the top 20 percentile clause.
About 95+ percentile (rank ~5,000-7,000) have bright chances to get into NITs such as NIT Trichy, NIT Calicut, or NIT Hamirpur for B.Arch, which had 2023 closing ranks of 1,000-6,000 for open category (OBC slightly higher). One other option is SPA Bhopal or SPA Vijayawada (closing ranks ~2,000-5,000). Reservation helps a lot for the OBC ranks.

JK Lakshmipat University accepts BTech applications from candidates with valid JEE Main scores. However, having a JEE Main score is not compulsory to secure admission to the BTech programme of the university. Candidates can also apply based on their Class 12 merit or CUET UG scores. The university may require such candidates to appear for other selection rounds, such as an entrance exam or a Personal Interaction round. Further, candidates applying for admission must ensure that they meet the required eligibility, as specified by the university.

One can find the JEE guidebook in PDF format at NTa's official website. Various book publishers such as Arihant, MTG, and Oswal publications also publish books ' PDFs on their official websites. PDFs can also be found on the websites of various academies such as Khan Acadmey or PW.

JEE Main exam has three subjects- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Question paper of JEE Main is prepared with questions from all the three subjects with equal weightage of 33%. A total of 90 questions are asked in the exam, 30 each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The syllabus of JEE Mains for all three subjects is as per the CBSE/NCERT textbook of class 11 and 12. Candidates can check the syllabus from the official website of JEE Main or from the Shiksha page.

In the JEE Mains 2024 exam, a score of at least 125 to 135 marks is required to make it to the 95+ percentile list. Therefore, aim for a score of 145 to 155 marks while practicing the test series. To achieve this, you need to have a deep understanding of at least 35 to 40 topics in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Yes you can join Assam Science and Technology University without JEE for B.Tech but you have to appear for Assam Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) . Admission will be based on this entrance test score. You have to pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM and you should be a permanent resident of Assam.
