JK Lakshmipat University accepts BTech applications from candidates with valid  JEE Main scores. However, having a JEE Main score is not compulsory to secure admission to the BTech programme of the university. Candidates can also apply based on their Class 12 merit or CUET UG scores. The university may require such candidates to appear for other selection rounds, such as an entrance exam or a Personal Interaction round. Further, candidates applying for admission must ensure that they meet the required eligibility, as specified by the university.

JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU) offers a full-time BTech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). Over the course duration of four years, students are taught various theoretical and practical subjects related to the field of Computer Science & Engineering. Some subjects inlcuded in the JKLU BTech in CSE curriculum are listed below:

JKLU Jaipur offers a four-year BTech in multiple disciplines. For all these disciplines, the curriculum is covered in eight semesters. Students in each discipline can choose advanced specialisations in critical technological areas, such as Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, VLSI, etc. during their thrid year. The curriculum also includes interdisciplinary minors in Design, Banking & Fintech, Entrepreneurship, Robotics, and Mathematics. Further, students must undergo two internships to learn through the practical application of the concepts.

JK Lakshmipat University has recorded a placement rate of 100% for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2023 for Engineering courses (including BTech).
