You can try in IP University, Delhi University, Mumbai University, Makhan Lal University, Jamia Milia University to pursue Journalism. And, it is absolutely okay to be an average, you just have to crack entrance exam and once you did, nothing will matter. Good Luck.

New Zealand is better journalism/communication at Masters level. You will get more job opportunities there.

If you have completed your 10+2 successfully, then you may apply for B.A. in Journalism. Students have to go through an entrance interview before being selected. Don't worry about marks of any particular subject. Apply and appear the interview.
