Yes, your percentage in class 12 will be considered for admission in UG journalism course at this college. Eligible candidates need to appear for the entrance test conducted by the college. Candidates are selected based on entrance test score and performance in personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on score obtained in entrance test. Admission for BA (Hons) in Journalism and Mass Communication from Asutosh College is based on the student's past academic performance. Minimum Eligibility to Apply for this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 with a minimum pass mark of 50%.
