Let me tell you that NIMCJ is a private college and yes, it is a good one. The practical training over there is good as per my knowledge. The placement cell always satisfies the students needs.

The answer to your question is there will the selection based on your performance in higher secondary. No separate examinations tend to happen in any of the colleges under Delhi University.

I am afraid, that there might not be any college out here, which offers you both the above mentioned courses at once. But, not to worry, you can pursue both the courses from different colleges at once. Mainly Journalism courses do not have any attendance issue. So, you have an alternative option available.

Admission criteria for all these courses including BCA, BBA and journalism vary. Moreover, the admission criteria of difference college for a single course say journalism also varies.
For example, there are some colleges that conduct an entrance exam for admission in mass communication course while there are some that offer admission on the basis of scores in class 12th.
Moreover, there are colleges that need maths as a compulsory subject in 10+2 for BCA but some colleges doesn't have this criteria.
So, you need to be specific about the course and the college your wish to study at to get an exact answer.
