1. The Post Graduate Diploma Courses are recognised by Government of India / State Governments / University and prestigious Employers.
2. The Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism (Kannada Medium) is conducted by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Harilal Bhagawati College of Communication and Management, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore, as a special course and is not under the auspious of Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management Mumbai.
3. Bhavan's H.B. College of Communication and Management, is essentially on Evening College and if there are more applications the classes may be started in the Morning sessions. At present the Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism (Kannada Medium) is also run in the Morning session.
4. With a view to keep pace with the most modern and latest development trends in the realms of Communication and Management, and to make the courses fully Industry-based and job-oriented, due emphasis is laid on the actual practical skills, and experience. In addition to arranging special lectures, seminars, workshops and visits to Industries, special short-team duration package. Training programmes, with reference to the particular needs and requirements of industry and commerce, making full utilisation of computes and electronics media, will be made.
