Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) releases the Karnataka PGCET cutoff ranks or Karnataka PGCET last ranks along with the seat allotment results. Candidates can find the PDF file for Karnataka PGCET cutoff ranks available on the official website. The cutoff score depicts the last ranks at which the allotment process has been closed. Whereas the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment mentions allotment status of each candidate individually inside the login dashboard.

Based on the entrance tests, the National Institute of Engineering (NIE) Mysore offers distinct cutoff ranks for M.Tech admissions. In 2023, the following are the cutoff ranks for the general category:

  • The overall cutoff rank for the general category in Karnataka PGCET is between 495 and 3002.
  • COMEDK UGET: For the general category, the total cutoff rank is between 7292 and 20168.
  • KCET: The general category's overall cutoff rank is between 4700 and 20720.

Please keep in mind that these cutoff ranks vary every year. You can find more information on the NIE's official website.

It is difficult for me to say which college you may be able to get into with a rank of 4289 in the PGCET exam, as it depends on the availability of seats and the specific programme you are interested in. However, you can check the official website of PGCET for the college and the course that accept this rank or you can also check the previous year's cut off for PGCET for the respective college and course.
