Hello Balaji,I am sure, you can join B.Tech through correspondence course via Karnataka State Open University. This is of course assuming that you have completed your 12th standard examination and have procured minimum marks mandated by this university. It should normally take you four years to complete the studies but it depends on how much time you are able to spare for studies since you will have to find time from you schedule for study and then appear in examination. You are in Dubai and are desirous of pursuing B.Tech via distance education from Karnataka State Open University. Right? I am afraid this university does not seem to offer this course as per their website. Yes, you can apply for B.Tech from distance mode, you are absolutely eligible, in fact after Diploma it is very good to do B.Tech but try doing it from regular mode, it will benefit you more.
