Dear Gowtham,IGNOU OPENMAT 2019 Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the exam date for OPENMAT XLIV which will be held on December 16, 2018. Candidates can fill Open MAT 2019 admission forms for January session until November 15, 2018. IGNOU OPENMAT 2019 will take place two times in a year for which XLIV, XLV codes are assigned. I will suggest you to clear your backlogs. Do not take it as a year waste. Rather use it in preparing for entrance- examinations for your degree course. This will enable you to get admission in some good college. Do finish your Diploma first.

Correspondence puc is not so valued nowadays. But you can do it if you can handle both the streams simultaneously. And i suggest you to do diploma in a good college if you want to go for B.tech after that.
