No, the Karunya Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is not compulsory to get admissions into the MBA course at Karunya University. Candidates with valid scores on the CAT/ MAT/ XAT (minimum MAT Score - 400 or CAT/ XAT- 50 percentile) can also get admission into MBA courses. Therefore, KMAT can be considered as one of the competitive exams for admission to MBA courses. However, not the compulsory one.

Yes, KEE is compulsory to get admission into the BTech course at Karunya University. Moreover, as per the information available on the official website of the university, the Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE) 2025 is a mandatory entrance exam, i.e., required for all BTech applicants, and will assess their academic potential.

Selection for all Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs will follow a two-step process:
The Karunya University BTech application process follows a two-step process. In the first step, candidates are required to register, appear, and secure valid scores in KEE. Further, in the second application process, candidates who qualified for the KEE 2025 will participate in the counseling process through Single Window Counseling. This centralized counseling process will determine the final programme allocation based on merit and seat availability.

Yes, it is worth pursuing MBA at Karunya University as it is approved by the UGC, MHRD, and AICTE, and accredited with 'A+' Grade by NAAC, NBA, and ACCA. The university has also achieved QS I GAUGE-LEAD certification. Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, through three schools of study, offers UG, PG, and PhD programmes to students.
