CA Colleges in Kerala:
There are no specific colleges solely for the CA course in Kerala. The institute of Chartered Accountants of India, however, offers this course and exercises control over the same. Some of the very popular ICAI-authorized CA coaching centers offer classes to students for all three levels-the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final. Some well-known ICAI branches are ICAI Kochi, ICAI Thiruvananthapuram, ICAI Kozhikode, and ICAI Thrissur. In addition, other colleges like St. Teresa's College (Ernakulam) and Sacred Heart College (Thevara) offer B.Com courses that can be done in parallel with CA. The Central University of Kerala - Trivandrum Campus offers the B.Ed programme to students who should apply through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG). Applicants must have passed their Bachelor's degree in any field with not less than 50% aggregate from a university or college. For the candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PwD category, percentage criterion is reduced by 5%, so for the minimum eligibility, a candidate needs to have 45% aggregate.

The admissions process of each of the programs is competitive, and based on the performance in CUET. The application is usually done in April-May, whereas the entrance examination is taken during June-July. Those who qualify are invited for counseling and document review. They also pointed out that the cost of pursuing B.Ed per course ranges from Rs 10,000/-to Rs 20,000/- annually.

For this reason, the Central University of Kerala – Trivandrum Campus is more affordable than many private universities. Another variation in fee structure for postgraduate courses like M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, MSW, etc. is between Rs 7,000/- pa to Rs 25,000/- pa as per course. For courses like M.Sc. in Genomic Science or Master of Public Health (MPH) the fees can go up to Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per annum.

Nevertheless, for most postgraduate courses including M.A., M.Sc., and M.Com, the highest packages are 3- 5 LPA with most students preferring further studies or research.
