With the best infrastructure consisting great faculties, laboratory and all other resources and facilities Department of physics is doing really good in Academics as well as other activities. And we also have M.Sc in Physics which is also in the same department and great scholars are passing out every year. So according to me, SXCKOL will be the best choice for you as B.Sc in Physics is concerned.
I don't know a lot about other colleges. There are many among which you can choose.

Jaypee, LPU, Galgotia, Anand ICE, which provide excellent infrastructure, good campus placements, calm education environment and etc. But in this sequence I suggest that Anand international college is better than others in comparison of tuition fee and has following aspects:
