It depends on which course you want to do. But still for most of the courses only marks in PCB are taken into consideration.

Not very sure because authority is taking online examination for their old student.So there is a little chance of conducting exam.They may conduct or simply can chose on ther basis of marit.But you shouldn't stop your preparation for exam.After one mother or 15 days , there is a chance of announcement regarding examination.
