It depends completely onto the university but maximum universities conduct the exams in Hindi and English, both the mediums because students take admission in CBSE as well as the state boards.

Hello Shakib,
UPSEE is an examination that is conducted for admission to different courses in the state of UP, depending on your eligibility you have to appear for a certain paper. I am attaching a link that should give you all the required information about this examination. The examination is online mode this year and while filling up application form if there is no specific question asking the student to give a choice of language then it is deemed to be only in English. https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx
Best wishes to you.

Hello Aman, definitely there are bright chances for you with this aggregate. 91% is more than just good enough. You can secure a seat in one of the colleges of North Campus too. Don't stress now. Study and focus now and give your best shot. Don't think of cut offs.
To be very honest, admissions in DU are highly over-rated. One easily can sail through because there isn't just LSR or Miranda or SRCC in DU but many more colleges not just in DU but India too, and some of them are way better than the few over hyped institutes.

Most BFA fine art programs start with a foundation year where you learn art and design fundamentals before you have to declare a degree focus. There is also quite a bit of overlap in degree requirements that it is relatively easy to switch programs (core requirements for one will be elective requirements for another).
