This is a very subjective question and unclear too. Even though I would try to answer it. You can go for Bachelors in Urdu then enrol for the Master of Urdu and give NET-JRF and begin your career as an assistant professor or Ph.D in Urdu.
Hope it helps.

Hi, you can, but it depends on the college or university. You must speak with them first and check for availability and requirements.

Be confident. Surround yourself in English. Put yourself in an all English speaking environment where you can learn passively. The best way to learn is through speaking. Practise every day. Make yourself a study plan. Practise on reading, writing, speaking and listening. They all need to be worked on for you to improve.

Great to hear that you want to explore your skills and talent, I would suggest you meet agencies or radio stations and get an internship and if you are good at it they will hire you.

Hi Chaitali,
IELTS is basically a British test, if you have applied for an institute in British Commonwealth then go for IELTS else you can take up TOEFL which is also widely accepted. As far as I know, TOEFL is accepted in Ireland.

Much depends on the University. It has its own regulations. Generally, there is no problem for promotion. The backlog can be cleared later, in a Supplementary Examination.

Dear Sushmita,
Since you have already completed your MA English, then you can make your career ahead in the same field. You can appear NET or SET. You can get yourself employed in some good college into academics. I hope this would suffice. God bless you.
