Hi,
It depends on the university, if you are enrolling for an international programme, you may not require to take a German language test. Normally, TestDaF level 4 or GDS up to C2 level. Recommended levels are also mentioned on university websites. You should also check DAAD India.

Hi Fatima,
You have to follow these steps to pursue MA in Hindi or English:
1. You have to choose English and Hindi languages as subjects.
2. After passing you can go for either MA in English or Hindi, but you can't do 2 regular degree courses at the same time.
3. But you can do both the courses at same time, one is regular mode and one via distance.

Score is never an issue for this. You can pursue hotel management course from any of the renowned college they provide better Placements opportunities. For this private colleges are better and choice of college will be entirely yours.

If you have left your previous institution by choice, then you can again try for this course in Delhi University of your grades are considerably good. You won't face much challenges there it will be like normal graduation course, you can apply there won't be any issues for dropping.
