Learning English is not that tough the things you have to do is to read and write whatever you can. Try to read at least 5 to 6 English articles daily or newspaper especially The Hindu. Language in The Hindu newspaper is quite difficult but it will definitely help you to improve your knowledge and also your English language. Try to speak with others in English and don't worry about whether you are speaking wrong or right. Also, if possible try to write few lines in English daily about anything you want but writing will definitel

Hi Pragam,
Yes you are right, public colleges are free and highly competitive. Because they are free does not mean you can secure an admission there but the opposite. Extremely high academic marks are required to get into German universities. You must also know that some programs and courses may incur a fee, not all is free. Very minimal tuition fee is required in this case. You can refer to this website and learn more about studying in Germany, the various universities, fees, scholarships etc. https://www.daad.in/en/.

You can learn a language course along with schooling but it's not a great idea to go for a job just after you 12th. To get good packages I would suggest you complete your graduation and thereafter you can go for options like a translator or interpreter.
