B.A. (Hons) course in Japanese language is a full time bachelor degree course. You cannot pursue it simultaneously with B.Com (Hons) but may be after you complete your graduation. Also, if you are keen on learning the language, you can pursue some short term certificate course for the same.

The basic eligibility for admission to B.A. Psychology is mentioned below. Pass in intermediate or 10+2 examination from a recognised board or university
However, some colleges may require prospective students to have studied Psychology as a subject at the intermediate level. Regards.

1) B.A. with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2) Few universities conduct their own entrance exams and you will be required to appear for this exam, to secure admission in the course. Regards.
