No,  It is mandatory to appear for SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) as a precondition for admission to SLS, Pune. ymbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. The duration of the test is 60 minutes and there are 60 MCQs of 60 marks in the test. Based on the scores of SLAT, candidates are shortlisted by the SLS. The selected candidates have to then appear for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). Further, based on the scores of SLAT, PI and WAT a merit list is drawn for admission in respective Symbiosis law schools.

Candidates should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards to apply for JGLS BBA LLB (Hons) course. One must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. Besides, Jindal Global Law School shortlists aspirants for BBA LLB (Hons) course based on LSAT India score. The total seat intake for BBA LLB (Hons) is 300. Candidates will be provided final admission based on their eligibility and LSAT India score.

Students pursuing LLM from Jindal Global Law School are open to placement opportunities. The placements are going on for the class of 2023. As per the media reports,  103 students got job offers from reputed law firms during JGLS placements 2023. Additionally, 77 students accepted job offers and 26 students received PPOs on Day Zero conducted on August 3 and 4. The total tuition fee for JGLS BBA LLB (Hons) course is INR 31.25 lakh. The fee is the sum of the annual programme fee for five years. It does not include a residential fee or any other charges. The programme fee and residential fee are subject to an annual increase of upto 10%. Candidates need to pay the course fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm a seat.

Besides, aspirants also need to pay a registration fee of INR 1,000 to apply for BBA LLB (Hons) course. Aspirants can pay the application fee via any of the online payment modes.
