As per the eligibility criteria of LLB, the candidate should have passed Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks (for general candidates). Therefore, you have to first clear your backlogs before applying for LLB.

Your B.Sc. IT distance degree is valid and marks are good enough for pursuing the regular LLB course. Hence you can pursue the regular LLB course.

Yes, you can do LLB course because BPD (B.A. ) is an UG programme. The eligibility criteria of LLB is a Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 45-50% of marks.

Yes, you can apply in three year LL.B. Course from any university offering the course. Usually, colleges ask for a minimum percentage of 50 in graduation. There are some university which gives admission in 45% as well.
