Hello! Amneet, CLAT registration is extended till 9th may so it will be declared after exam and results. In case of private universities and colleges and individual institute that make admission by own entrance test admission are going to start right after boards. You can register yourself to get a seat even now in your desired private college. In case of CLAT it's not begin yet as it will be declared after results.

It depends on the college, but yes, it's somewhere approximately falls between INR 8,000 to INR 30,000 per annum.
