Since you are already a student, then it is university transfer that you need to check details for. You can send them the mark sheet transcripts for course mapping. Accordingly, they will be able to allocate the course and year.

Only a person who has done a full time LLB is eligible to enroll in BCI to practice as an Advocate in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LLB course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal.

There is an exam called CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), which is your gateway to best Law Colleges in India. They are called the National Law Universities. The form is usually out on January and then the exam is on April usually.

See, if you are looking for good colleges, then attendance in any college is one of the prime factors. You can probably talk to college authorities once you get into the college and explain them about your situation. You may get into Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University - [Tamil Nadu], Chennai for LL.B.

Yes, you can write CLAT examination after completing your graduation. There is no age limit on the exam.
