Hello,
They are both equal in value and both have good scopes and jobs. 3 year LL.B. Is done after graduation whereas 5 year LL.B. Is done after 10+2. This is the only difference. All the best

Hello,
Yes, you can give CLAT or ISAT based on your 10+2. But you are not eligible for 3 year law since you did not clear your graduation. CLAT or ISAT is for 5 year law programme. All the best

As per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue a LLB course through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promise to allow students to complete their LL.B. course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps. Moreover, regarding certain colleges offering innovative degrees in law (which are not eligible for practice in law) may not be recognised by UGC.
