A major portion of the syllabus is the same in both LLB and LLB honours. But there are only a few differences:
LLB gives an overview of various subjects, whereas, LLB (Hons) gives more in-depth knowledge of those very subjects.
For Example, there is a separate paper of Human Rights, IT Law, Administrative Law, RTI, etc., in University of Allahabad (offering Hons course) but there isn't any such separate paper in other universities offering LLB course.
After LLB, you may not be able to specialize but after LLB (Hons), you can specialize.
For example, an LLB student can pursue simple LLM degree course but cannot pursue LLM (specialization courses) in Criminal Justice, Forensics, Labour Law, Human Rights, etc.
Honours degree may require a research dissertation in the area of specialization. If you want to specialize in one field, then you may opt for LLB (Hons) degree.

MBL is a two-year distance course. This course, which is popularly known as M.B.L. is particularly tailored for the lower, medium and higher level managers to acquire better skills and capability for better decisions. Criteria for selecting admission to Distance Education Courses:- Distance education programmes do not have barriers of age restriction, nationality or sex for admission and shall be open to employed persons as well. The minimum eligibility is a graduate degree from a recognized university. (Degree could be in Law or in any other field). The students having degree certificate or its equivalent from any UCG recognized university /Association of Indian Universities. CA, CS, ICWA, Open University/distance learning can apply. There shall be no restriction as to age,

Eligibility for Ph.D in Law
Students should graduate in their Master's degree in law/ social Science/ humanities from any recognised university. Candidates who have qualified with more than 55% of marks or an equivalent are eligible for this course. (The percentage might differ for different institutes)
Ph.D in Law: Admission Process
Admission process for Ph.D. in Law course is based on the entrance test. Some colleges have their own exam patterns like quantitative exams, communication exams etc. Many colleges conduct common entrance exams for admission to the course.
