Every college is different, and hence their admission process/fee structure vary accordingly. Please specify the university/college name you want to apply for better clarification on the same.
Regards.

You have no chances of getting NLSIU as the rank for the college opens at the top when it comes to category rank as well you need to have a rank somewhere in top 20 among your peers in your category.
Also the general rank opens for the college for top 70 .
So unfortunately you have no chances of getting NLSIU at 556 category rank.

If you think you can make it after taking a drop, then you must prepare for it again.
However, LLyod is not a very good college to choose from among other private institutions for the course.
LLyod must be the last choice for the course.
