Candidates are eligible to appear for TSLAWCET 2019 for admission in 5 year LL.B. Programmes if they have cleared two year Intermediate exam (10+2 pattern) or any other examination, recognized as equivalent, by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T. S and Bar Council of India with minimum aggregate of 45%. Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST category will be given 5% relaxation in aggregate percentage in the above mentioned qualifying examinations so that they meet the eligibility criteria of TSLAWCET 2019. There is no restriction like specialized subject graduates are only eligible for study law. Definitely B.Com graduates are eligible to study LLB three year programme. B.Com+LLB is good combo and this combo graduates mostly hire by IT department (Income Tax). All the Best for your future.

Yes, you can pursue law after your degree. You can participate in some entrance test like CLAT or you can take direct admission in some colleges of the country. For example you can go for Lovely professional university, Amity University and take direct admission. Best of luck.

Yes, you can apply for PG in cyber law. As per Symbiosis's eligibility criteria, any Bachelor degree holder / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University can apply.
