Yes, you would still need to appear for RULET to apply for LL.B. Course in Rajasthan University to get admission in:
1. SS Jain Subodh Law College, Jaipur
2. St Wilfreds Law College, Jaipur
3. Vidhyasthali Law College, Jaipur. Though admission process may vary for every college you can check the eligibility criteria on the webpage of the individual college and apply accordingly. Thanks.

Find below the CLAT 2017 cutoff for VIT Law School-
General-127
OBC-111
SC- 78.23
ST- 59.76
PH-53.11
There is no clear CLAT cut off list specifically for VIT Law School.
The cut off score can just be predicted as it varies every year because of certain factors like difficulty level of exam, number of applicants, etc
If you are appearing for any of the National Level Law Entrance Exam like LSAT and CLAT, do your best.
Moreover, below is the link for online application for VIT Law School 2018 admissions-

Check if the letter can be posted though.
Write an email to the university but that's the most, nothing much can be done now.
