If you want to pursue your career in law after class 12th, then you can go for some integrated degree like BA + LLB Hons. Eligibility criteria for pursuing BA LLB Hons. in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and you might have to clear some entrance test. (Depending upon the university you want to take admission in.)
For good placement opportunity, it will be advisable if you do your degree from a well-known university. It must provide outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. Some top universities offering BA LLB are:

There is no such provision for the reservation in Law Faculty for Delhi University graduate. Admission is based on the entrance exam score and deserving candidate would be shortlisted accordingly. Regards.

Timings would be mentioned on the admit card for both the exams. If the timing clashes, then it would not be possible for you to appear for both exams, you have to prioritize accordingly. All the best.
