The syllabus will differ from subject to subject and also with colleges. You should know what to study and browse through college websites and check the same.

Yes, as per the UGC circular and regulation, a student is allowed to pursue 2 degree at a time, however, both degree cannot be a full time one. It has to be one full time and other distance learning mode. However, nobody disqualifies degree unless you want to take benefit in the government job using the degree.

I think you should do LLB from DU as there is merely 7500 INR fees annually but for that you should have degree of graduation from a recognised university and you have to clear the entrance exam which is really difficult to crack.

Yes. You are eligible after completing law. But before practising, you will have to get yourself registered and pass the BCI exam.
