To learn in our own mother tounge us the best. Technical words will automatically get translated or new ones firmed as per requirement. But you have neither mentioned your place nor state. But best would be to check personally in local college.

In CNLU, many students in 1st semester, who were studying in BBA to BALLB after University allowed them.
So, you need to talk to your administration if they allow or not.
