Hi Nagendra,
Can you specify your question more clearly. Bachelor of Law is a degree and B.com is a different degree. There is no B.com in law except you have taken up law as your principle subject.

I have heard a lot about the Llyod Law college, Jamima Millia Islamia Law college and College of Legal Studies (UPES-Dehradun) for BA LLB. These are the very good in terms of faculty, curriculum and infrastructure. And among these UPES is known for its specialized LLB programs such as BA LLB with specialization in Energy Law and BA LLB with the specialization in Criiminal Law. These institutes conduct their individual entrance exams for admission apart from CLAT/LSAT scores criteria. You can sit in their entrances for admission. As'per my knowledge College of Legal Studies (UPES-Dehradun) gives admission on the basis of Board merit and is one of the best law college known for its specialized integrated law programs such as in BA LLB it offers ' BA LLB with specialization in Energy Law' and 'BA LLB with the specialization in Criminal Law'. Other college in which you apply is Symbiosis Law School, Pune. It also takes admission on the bases of merit .Both universities also conduct entrance exams as well for admission.
