In order to secure an admission, all the international students must fulfill the Le Cordon Bleu admission requirements listed below:
- 18 years of age or older on or before the start date of the course;
- Official academic transcripts (English translation);
- Proof of English language proficiency;
- Statement of Purpose (SOP);
- Letters of Recommendation (LOR);
- Resume & Cover letter (300 - 500 words);
- Copy of passport; and
- Financial documents.

No, Le Cordon Bleu is not a 4 year college. All of the Le Cordon Blue courses are taught over a span of nine months, bifurcated into three semesters of three months each. Also, every class has the same structure of 3 hour long demo sessions, followed by 3 hours of practice. Additionally, each course divided in 3 certificates (basic, medium, advanced) that provide solid theorical and practical learning in that particular area of cooking.

Le Cordon Bleu is one of the best universities in the world that offers courses in fields such as Restaurant Kitchens, Catering, Restaurant & Hotel Management, Journalism, Consulting, Food Service, Food Styling, and Education. Academic structure of the institution is quite extensive and the student enrolled must be invested in cooking in order to enjoy studying in the university.

Le Cordon Bleu has campues in many countries around the world. Therefore, the applicaiton fee will vary from campus to campus. However, for an example, the application fee for Le Cordon Bleu is CAD 500 per applicant. This is a non-refundable application fee. All students are required to pay the application fee after submitting the application form. Else their application form will not be accepted for evaluation.
