Yes, as long as you finished your final year with a backlog and earned your LL.B. degree, you are qualified to enrol for the University of Mumbai's Master of Laws (LL.M.) program. The main requirement for admission to the LL.M. programme is having an LL.B. degree from the University of Mumbai or any accredited institution. For LL.M. admissions, the university administers the Common Entrance Test (CET) online. This admission exam is open to candidates who have finished their LL.B. or are awaiting final results.

For MNLU Mumbai LLM admission, candidates must qualify LLB or a five-year integrated LLB degree from a recognised university/ college. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed with at least 50% aggregate. Completion of LLB degree is the primary eligibility criteria that students are required to fulfil for enrolling in the LLM course. The final selection of the candidates is based on their scores secured in the CLAT entrance test. After the entrance exam, the cutoff is announced. As per this year's 2023 admission process, Candidates who have passed LL.B. or those who have appeared for the Final Semester Examinations of the 3 or 5-year LL.B. Programme from the University of Mumbai or any other recognised University are eligible to apply for the online LL.M. Common Entrance Examination 2023. Mumbai University LLM Admission is entirely based on LLM CET exam conducted by the University.

Government Law College provides full-time LLB courses. It is not possible to pursue the same in part-time. Thanks.
