Yes, as long as you finished your final year with a backlog and earned your LL.B. degree, you are qualified to enrol for the University of Mumbai's Master of Laws (LL.M.) program. The main requirement for admission to the LL.M. programme is having an LL.B. degree from the University of Mumbai or any accredited institution. For LL.M. admissions, the university administers the Common Entrance Test (CET) online. This admission exam is open to candidates who have finished their LL.B. or are awaiting final results.

CET is conducted by The University of Mumbai. This examination takes place in Juneor July every year. The imp. admission dates for the examinations includes the application submission deadline, admit card release date, examination date, etc. As for the syllabus, the University of Mumbai gives a detailed syllabus for the LL. M. CET on its site. The complete syllabus has various topics related to the Law field, including Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Jurisprudence, Property Law, etc. Students can download the syllabus from the university's site or even obtain it from the office of admission. As per this year's 2023 admission process, Candidates who have passed LL.B. or those who have appeared for the Final Semester Examinations of the 3 or 5-year LL.B. Programme from the University of Mumbai or any other recognised University are eligible to apply for the online LL.M. Common Entrance Examination 2023. Mumbai University LLM Admission is entirely based on LLM CET exam conducted by the University.

Government Law College provides full-time LLB courses. It is not possible to pursue the same in part-time. Thanks.
