The admission process for the distance LL.M at KUK begins in the month of July. The last date to apply for the course is usually in the month of August. The fee structure for the course is as follows:
* General Category: INR 6,000
* SC/ST Category: INR 3,000
* PWD Category: INR 2,000
The following are the eligibility criteria for the course:
* The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
* The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree.
* The candidate must be at least 21 years of age on the date of admission.
The admission process for the course is as follows:

3. The candidate must pay the application fee.
4. The candidate must appear for the entrance test.
5. The candidates who clear the entrance test will be shortlisted for the interview.

The entrance test for the course is a multiple-choice question (MCQ) based test. The test will be conducted in English and Hindi. The test will consist of 100 questions and each question will carry 1 mark. The total duration of the test will be 2 hours.
The interview for the course will be conducted by a panel of experts. The interview will be conducted in English and Hindi. The interview will be of 30 minutes duration.
