Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT and Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost &Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). But they do not consider GMAT. LPU conducts its own Entrance exam till previous year I. e. LPU NEST. Thus, candidate had to qualify LPU NEST and Interview both be eligible to get Admission in MBA.

As per the eligibility of BBA in LPU. Candidate should minimum pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. So, you may not be eligible, however, there are a few exceptions, there is a 5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants) (10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), (Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University). So, If you have 40% then the only chance to get through is to have an exceptionally high caliber in sports, which will be ascertained by the selection committee. Below 40% it is not at all possible.

The School of Law is governed and regulated by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and its curriculum is also provided by BCI and in order to make students top-to-date and the latest trends in the field of law, the School of Law takes initiatives to modify the curriculum as and when need arises.
