Hi there, the LPU offers a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering. It is an Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal etc. Specialisation. The Eligibility Criteria is (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST/ JEE (Mains). Dear Rahul, Yes, you can get admission for CSE in LPU with 85% in 12th from UP board but you have to fulfill the other eligibilities as well for the same. You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English Maths and Physics. Moreover, you have to qualify for the either LPU NEST exam or should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam. I recommend you visit the LPU website for more details of the eligibility of the CSE programme for admission. I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement.
