LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That help students to explore themselves more in their field. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. I did MBA from LPU and got admission based on graduation marks and entrance exam. I recommend you secure a minimum of 70% marks in the board for admission at LPU. Each programme has different eligibility criteria. Dear Aagam, Both LPU and PDPU are good private universities. As far as I know, LPU does not offer petroleum engineering and I have no idea about this programme at PDPU. My friend did B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from LPU and now he is working in IOCL.
