Hi Ankur,IGNOU is globally recognized, but for admission purposes you must check with the universities. Especially for Ph.D, you must check directly with the universities, contact the department heads for Ph.D work.

Yes, you are eligible for M.A in English. M.A English is a 2-year post graduate course in English language and literature. It is divided into any of semesters or years. The course covers English literary studies, theories, criticism and pedagogy, all in the form of theory.
Average fees of M.A English is between 30k to 2 lakh.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any subject with minimum 50% marks for general candidates and 45% for reserved candidates from a Statutory University.
Admission Guideline:
Candidate will be selected on the basis of Merit and Entrance Test conducted by the University.
