Hello,
NO, you are not eligible for MA English. B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A. under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at B.A. level. The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject at B.A. (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at B.A. level.

The eligibility to apply is an undergraduate degree examination with 50% aggregate marks from any recognised university in India.

As per my opinion and knowledge, if you have studied economics as one of the subjects in your graduation degree then only you can go for Masters in economics else sorry to say, but without it, you are not eligible.

As per my opinion and knowledge, Delhi University conducts an entrance exam for MA in economics and being a category student, you have much more chances of getting admission, it doesn't matter from where you have completed your graduation degree.
