To become a clinical psychologist in India after completing an MA in Psychology from IGNOU, you need to take  an MPhil or MPsy (Clinical Psychology) degree from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) recognised institution and after you can register for RCL to get the license.

Mithibai College MA Psychology is a two-year postgraduate-level course offered in a full-time mode. To be eligible for the MA in Psychology course, candidaates must have Bachelor's Degree with Psychology from University of Mumbai with Psychology (Minimum 3 papers of 300 Marks). As for the B.A. with Psychology from other university (Minimum 3 papers of 300 Marks) at their V and VI Semester are eligible to apply for the programme.

There are a few Delhi colleges which do not require CUET (Common University Entrance Test) for MA Psychology courses. Some of the well-known ones include Delhi University (DU), where institutions like Lady Shri Ram College (LSR), Hindu College and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) provide MA Psychology courses. Though DU normally requires an entry test, JMI follows merit-based admission, so it will be best to verify their current year admission criteria. As of February 2025, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has yet to announce cut-off marks for entry into its Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology program. Entry is mostly on the merit of fulfilling the eligibility criteria and not on competitive cut-offs.

Yes you can pursue a M.A. as a business analyst. In 2024 after your graduation in 2006 completing your PhD you will be interested in psychology. Most universities require a Bachelor's degree in psychology or other related field for admission to an M.A. programme in psychology. programs. Since you have a degree in psychology you should be eligible to apply. Ensure you check the specific admission requirements of the universities you are interested in as some may have additional prerequisites or entrance exams. Both MA and MSc can lead to a career in therapy if you are passionate about understanding human behaviour from social and cultural perspective MA would be better and if you prefer scientific and data research approach MSc would be better . Yes MA or MSc in psychology are better courses to pursue a career as a therapist.
