Hey there,
As per the details issues on official website for MA in political science from ignou you need only a Bachelor Degree or a higher degree from a recognized University. There is no minimum cut off required.

For this, you need to have Bachelor Degree in any discipline with atleast 45% marks in aggregate (42.75% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Visually/ Differently Abled etc. candidates). The admission is based on entrance exams and its cutoff keeps changing every time. Since the intake capacity is upto a maximum number of 40 students, the cutoff is decided on that basis only
